We service all makes of central vacuum. We can perform in-home service, or you can bring your equipment into the store for service.
We are more than happy to troubleshoot minor problems over the phone.
If you need help taking down your tank to bring in for service, feel free to call the store for instructions, or to schedule a service call to have us bring it in for you.
If you think you have a problem with your hose or powerhead attachment, feel free to bring them into the store at any time. It’s recommended to bring both pieces together (hose & powerhead).
If you think you have a clog, have us come out and take a look. Be careful trying to dig out debris on your own, some snake tools can gouge the polished central vac plumbing.
