Existing Home | Not roughed in
Existing homes can also have central vac! Even if your home is not roughed-in, we can add central vacuum to most homes. Even though you’re late to the party, we only charge $100 extra per level (extra charge for attic work if needed). For example a ranch home with a finished basement would be the same price as a new home plus $200. With existing homes we often like to have a look before installing. There can be unique challenges with 2 story homes and we want to be able to plan our time accordingly. Give us a call to schedule a free visit, or even get a rough quote over the phone.
Existing Home | Roughed in for Central Vac
If your home is already roughed in for central vac, great! You’ve made your job (and ours) a lot easier. Just stop in to pick out your equipment, and we can finish off the plumbing and install the tank. We recommend taking a quick picture of your inlet covers before stopping by. This will let us know what brand of equipment will match your valves. Installation in these cases typically runs a few hundred dollars depending on the number of inlets you have.
